(from what ive found, ur gpu is reset only if chibi shows up during restart and this was only successfully reset when i shut down and power off my pc instead of RESTARTING)įinally, u can now install ur rgb fusion 1ST (in my case i installed aorus engine 1st but i install my rgb fusion from aorus app centre),Ĭongratz u will see ur gpu get detected in the rgb fusion, only then install ur nvidia driver from the existing nvidia geforce experience software. If ure using a aorus gpu with led display, u should now see the led display is resetted and showing the chibi. Turn ON ur pc after around 10 second of power off rest. Then, SHUT DOWN ur pc instead of restart, switch off the plug to cut the power off completely. So, just follow what the above had mentioned, before restart, uninstall nvidia driver (just the driver will do) and uninstall rgb fusion (i did uninstall aorus engine as well). Ive found out why reinstalling nvidia driver and fusion doesnt work, in my case. Gigabyte really should be embarrassed for a train wreck piece of software that gets advertised on all their products.I faced the same problem with my b550 aorus elite + rtx 3070 aorus master v1.1 Not worth using it when it cripples your PC, all just for RGB. My advice is to not use RGBFusion 2.0 at all. I uninstalled RGBFusion after a few days of troubleshooting the problems and boom. Turns out that RGBFusion was interfering with the sensors on my Sapphire card and the fan rpm was always at 35 rpm along with a few other sensors not working. The fan checks would always fail even though I clearly heard the fans spinning up. After installing the fusion 2.0 the option to switch BIOS in TriXX completely disappeared.

The Sapphire card can use the TriXX software to perform fan checks, control RGB and switch between BIOS modes. The whole time I didn't know or think it was RGBFusion that was messing a lot of things up on my PC. that's when all the weird issues started. I had everything set up and running then I decided to get the RGB in order and installed RGBFusion 2.0. I have a newer b550 aorus board with the Sapphire 5700 XT Nitro+.
